Who is Dr. Ella Jackson?
Our Vision
Dr. Ella Jackson is an educator, educational consultant, and nationally emerging speaker dedicated to helping individuals, families, schools, and communities thrive through resilience, faith, and education. Her journey began in the foster care system, where instability and uncertainty shaped her earliest years. Rather than allowing those experiences to define her future, Dr. Jackson chose a different path—one built on perseverance, education, and unwavering faith. Her commitment culminated in earning a doctorate in Educational Leadership, placing her among the small percentage of former foster youth to achieve this milestone.
Today, as an educational consultant, Dr. Jackson teaches elementary students facing significant socio-economic challenges while partnering with schools and organizations to improve educational outcomes and strengthen support for children and families. Her professional expertise, combined with her lived experience, gives her a unique ability to connect with audiences in authentic and meaningful ways. Whether speaking to educators, parents, nonprofit organizations, churches, women's groups, or leadership teams, Dr. Jackson's keynote speaking goes beyond mere inspiration. She provides practical strategies for building resilient people, healthy families, and hope-filled communities.
Her mission is simple: to help people understand that while we cannot choose where our story begins, we can choose how it continues. Through every keynote, workshop, and conversation, she empowers others to lead with courage, build with intention, and leave a legacy that transforms future generations.
