Meet the Dr. Ella Jackson Team

Dr. Ella Jackson is an educator, visionary, and advocate for building strong, healthy families from the ground up. Her life's work is centered on a powerful belief: when people are surrounded by love, strengthened by faith, and equipped through education, they can rise beyond their circumstances and build a stronger future for generations to come.

Known for her gift of cultivating environments where people feel encouraged, valued, and empowered to thrive, Dr. Jackson brings together lived experience, educational expertise, and the lessons she has gained through marriage and motherhood to develop programs that strengthen individuals and families.

Education has been foundational to Dr. Jackson's own journey. She earned her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in 2024 and Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in 2023 from Trevecca Nazarene University. She also holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University.

Her commitment to educational excellence has earned recognition as Metro Nashville Public Schools Virtual School Teacher of the Year in 2024, Level 5 Teacher recognition in 2025, and Nashville Predators Power Play Educator recognition in 2026.

Yet Dr. Jackson's greatest work extends beyond degrees and professional accomplishments. Her mission is to help people create the environments children and families need to flourish.

Through education, speaking, programming, and family development, Dr. Jackson is building a body of work designed to strengthen families today and positively influence generations tomorrow.

Coach Bobby Jackson leads strategy, operations, and program development in support of Dr. Ella Jackson's vision for strengthening individuals and families.

With more than 30 years of experience in human performance and personal development, Coach Jackson brings a practical understanding of how people grow, develop, and sustain meaningful change. His experience spans generations, from developing young people to helping adults maximize their potential.

Working alongside Dr. Jackson, he helps translate her vision into actionable strategies, programs, systems, and experiences. He also develops personal development programming designed to help clients strengthen their mindset, habits, performance, leadership, and personal capacity.

Coach Jackson earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northwestern University and a Master of Professional Studies from Lipscomb University, with certifications in Performance Coaching and Global Leadership.

He is also Dr. Ella Jackson's husband and partner in building the family that helped shape much of her philosophy and work. Their shared experiences in marriage and parenting provide a lived foundation for Dr. Jackson's commitment to helping other families become stronger, healthier, and more intentional.

Bobbi Simone Jackson leads content development and storytelling for Dr. Ella Jackson, helping transform Dr. Jackson's ideas, experiences, research, and teachings into compelling messages that connect with audiences.

A gifted writer and storyteller, Bobbi has a unique ability to recognize the deeper meaning within a story and communicate it with clarity, creativity, and emotional resonance. Her work helps ensure that Dr. Jackson's message reaches people through content that not only informs, but inspires reflection and action.

Bobbi is a three-time published author of historical fiction and earned her Bachelor of Arts in English in 2024 and Master of Fine Arts from Lipscomb University in 2026. Her commitment to academic excellence began early, including graduating as valedictorian of her high school class.

As Dr. Ella Jackson's daughter, Bobbi also represents something deeply connected to her mother's work: the next generation.

Her accomplishments, creativity, and commitment to education reflect the values Dr. Jackson has spent years cultivating within her own family. Today, Bobbi uses her gifts to help share those values and Dr. Jackson's message with families and communities beyond their own.

Wealth Lee Jackson serves as Creative Director for Dr. Ella Jackson, helping shape the visual expression, aesthetics, and creative flow of her programs, media, and educational experiences.

A talented artist, Wealth brings a creative perspective that helps translate Dr. Jackson's ideas into experiences that audiences can see, feel, and remember. From visual aesthetics to program presentation, his work helps ensure that the creative expression surrounding Dr. Jackson's message reflects the thought and intentionality behind it.

Wealth is currently studying at Belmont University's Watkins College of Art, where he continues developing his artistic abilities and creative voice.

His connection to Dr. Jackson's work, however, is profoundly personal.

As her son, Wealth's journey from childhood has been one of the central inspirations behind Dr. Jackson's passion for children and families. His story helped deepen her understanding of what can happen when a child is consistently surrounded by love, supported through education, encouraged through challenges, and given the opportunity to develop at his own pace.

Today, Wealth's life and creative pursuits serve as a living expression of principles at the center of his mother's work: love creates security, education creates opportunity, and persistence creates possibility.
